Terms & Conditions

These terms are a contract between you and NextLatitude (“NextLatitude”, “we”, “us”), the provider of the relocation planning tools described on this site. When you buy a NextLatitude subscription, you are contracting with NextLatitude as the seller of the service.

Seller identity

  • Legal business name: NextLatitude
  • Trading name: NextLatitude
  • Website: nextlatitude.app
  • Contact: hello@nextlatitude.app
  • Merchant of Record: Paddle.com

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use NextLatitude, you agree to these terms. If you are using NextLatitude on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. What NextLatitude provides

NextLatitude is an online research and planning product: country and city comparisons, a relocation assessment, checklists, timelines, budget planning, a curated services marketplace, and an AI assistant. Some features are free; others require a paid Premium plan.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use NextLatitude for your own relocation planning within the plan you have selected.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@nextlatitude.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse NextLatitude. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, or to facilitate immigration fraud, document fraud, or misrepresentation to any authority;
  • engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behaviour toward our team or other users;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, penetration testing without consent, scraping, or automated bulk extraction of our data;
  • reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical or plan limits.

5. AI features and content accuracy

NextLatitude includes AI-assisted features (for example the assistant and budget suggestions). AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, for verifying anything important, and for having the rights to any content you submit. Do not use the AI features to generate illegal content, hate speech, malware, deepfakes, or to attempt to bypass safety controls.

We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where content moderation is warranted. If you believe content on NextLatitude infringes your rights, email hello@nextlatitude.app and we will review it and remove infringing material; repeat infringement leads to account termination.

6. No professional advice

NextLatitude is for organization and general guidance only. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or medical advice, and it is not a recommendation to make any particular move or purchase. Visa rules, tax rules, and costs change frequently. Always confirm with a qualified professional or the relevant official authority before acting. Decisions you make remain your responsibility.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers, notes, budgets, and other content you put into NextLatitude. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service to you.

8. Our intellectual property

NextLatitude, including its software, data compilations, country and city research, scoring methodology, written guides, design, and branding, remains our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Premium subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your billing settings. See our refund policy for our money-back guarantee.

10. Service availability

We work to keep NextLatitude available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using NextLatitude and delete your account at any time. On termination your access ends; you can export or request your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. Material changes will be signalled on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means acceptance.

15. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
